« D’une culture musicale exceptionnelle » selon Bruno Monsaingeon, Aylen Pritchin est l’un des violonistes russes les plus prometteurs et polyvalents de sa génération. Né à Saint-Pétersbourg en 1987, il commence à étudier le violon à l’âge de six ans au Collège spécial de musique du Conservatoire d'État Rimsky-Korsakov de Saint-Pétersbourg sous la direction d'Elena Zaitseva. Il est diplômé du Conservatoire Tchaïkovski de Moscou (classe d'Eduard Grach).
Parmi les nombreux prix qu’il a obtenus, on peut citer le Prix Temirkanov au Concours Sion-Valais en 2009, le Concours Kreisler à Vienne en 2010, le Concours Wienawski à Poznan en 2011. En 2014, le jeune violoniste gagne le premier prix du Concours Long-Thibaud-Crespin.
En tant que soliste avec orchestre ou musicien de chambre, Aylen Pritchin poursuit une carrière très active de concertiste en Russie et à l’étranger. Il a donné des concerts dans de nombreuses villes de Russie, Suisse, Pays-Bas, Italie, Israël, Pologne, Belgique, Suède, République tchèque, France, Allemagne, Japon. Il s’est produit au Konzerthaus de Vienne, au Concertgebouw d’Amsterdam, à la Musikaliska de Stockholm, au Mozarteum de Salzbourg, au Conservatoire Tchaikovsky de Moscou, au Théâtre des Champs-Elysées de Paris. En tant que soliste, il a joué avec des chefs d’orchestres tels que Teodor Currentzis, Maxim Emelyanychev, Cornelius Meister, Yuri Simonov, Shlomo Mintz, Roberto Benzi.

Aylen Pritchin is one of the most promising and versatile Russian violinists of his generation. As Bruno Monsaingeon said the young artist is “obviously gifted with something special to say and with an outstanding musical culture”. Born in St. Petersburg in 1987, he began studying violin at the age of six at the Rimsky-Korsakov State Conservatory of Music's Special College in St. Petersburg under the direction of Elena Zaitseva. He is graduated from the Moscow Tchaikovsky Conservatory (Eduard Grach's class).
Among the many awards he has won, let’s mention the Temirkanov Prize at the Sion-Valais Competition in 2009, the Kreisler Competition in Vienna in 2010, and, in 2011, the Wieniawski International Competition in Poznań. In 2014 he was awarded as the First Prize winner of the 2014 Long-Thibaud Competition.
As a soloist with orchestra or chamber musician, Aylen Pritchin has a very active concert career in Russia and abroad. He has given concerts in many cities of Russia, Switzerland, Netherlands, Italy, Israel, Poland, Belgium, Sweden, Czech Republic, France, Germany and Japan. He has performed at the Vienna Konzerthaus, the Amsterdam Concertgebouw, the Stockholm Musikaliska, the Salzburg Mozarteum, the Tchaikovsky Conservatory in Moscow, and the Théâtre des Champs-Elysées in Paris.
